Welcome to Lathrop High School.  The goal of LHS administration is to unite students, teachers and parents to work as a team to enhance student acheivement.  We believe in our students and it is the intent of LHS to develop responsible, self-directed and good decision makers for our community.     

  

Summer School Information
  • Summer School Enrollment
    We are currently enrolling students grades 9-12 for summer school.  Summer school will begin on Tuesday, May 29th and end Friday, June 29th.  We will have five of our usual 4 day school weeks Tuesday through Friday.  There are 4 sessions, with the first session starting at 8:00 and the last session ending at 3:30.  Please see the attachment if you would like to enroll your child.

  • Summer Internship Opportunity
    If you are interested in taking part in a summer internship with the Missouri Democratic Coordinated campaign there is more information provided on the Counselor's Corner page. Find it under the Summer Opportunities section!
  • State Park Youth Corps 2011
    Applications will be accepted starting beginning of May. Work begins June 1, 2011. Ages 17-23 are eligible to work at Wallace State Park. For more information and applications visit: thinkoutside.mo.gov
  • New Local Scholarships
    Please visit the Scholarship page (can be found under Counselor's Corner) to view three new local scholarships! Apply now!
  • Student Council
    Any student interested in running for a class office or Student Council rep needs to have their paperwork turned into the office no later than Wednesday March 21st.

    Additionally, Any student interested in running for Student Council president or vice president needs to have their petitions turned into the office by Friday March 23rd.  Petitions are available in the office.

  • Curious about the Missouri National Guard?
    Attend Guard Experience at the Missouri Army National Guard Armory, 301 N. Woodbine, St Joe, MO 64506 on Friday, March 23, 5-8pm. Local Citizen-Soldiers will be on hand showcasing the tools and training used by troops at home and overseas. Military vehicles, weapons and equipment will be on display for the public to receive hands on knowledge and ask questions! See Ms. Naughton or directly contact Sgt.   • Missouri State scholarship deadlines are sneaking up
